Shipping Policy:
- It can take 24-48 hours to process and ship your products. This does not include holiday or weekends.
- We offer free shipping on orders in excess of $75 or more to the continental United States. It will be shipped using our standard time frame. *Excludes Equipment and ongoing promotions*
- Equipment is shipped separately from consumable items. You will receive a tracking number for both.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes please provide a physical shipping address.
- A majority of shipments will have a tracking order e-mailed to you from UPS.
Return Policy:
- We have a 30 day return policy for all items located on our equipment page. This does not apply to coffee, teas, creamers, cups, sugars, etc…
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the shipment and fill out a return order form. All returns must be accompanied by a return order form. We do not pay to have the item shipped back to us.
- Once we receive the product we will inspect it and make a full refund within 5 business days if it is deemed returnable.
- Please package the return item as it came to you. It is important to make sure that it is properly packaged.
Privacy and Security Policy:
- We use an encryption process through Trustwave that ensures all of your information will be secured and private.
- All information obtained through our website is for our use only; we will not sell, give away, or make public any information posted on our website.
